Residential Services: $125 per hour, billable in quarter-hour increments.
Commercial Services: $150 per hour, billable in quarter-hour increments.
Remote Session Technical Support: $1.25, per-minute connection time.
(five minutes of connection time no-charge). Rates vary from client to client, depending on the scope of the service(s). These rates are not all-inclusive and subject to change.
Our lower rates generally apply for scheduled services during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday 9 am-5 pm, and Friday 9 am - 1 pm. Weekends, after hours, holidays, and emergency rates are 1.5 times higher. All times are Pacific Standard Time.
We offer emergency and technical support services 24 hours a day, for managed service clients or by contacting us.
We offer discounted managed and full-service solutions by agreement or one-time purchase.
Limited Warranty Summary:
We offer a 30-day service warranty on all services performed unless otherwise noted and a 90-day warranty on parts replaced. Ask to see our full guarantee for all details.
Any travel required includes the first 15 minutes of travel. Appointments are generally required; we provide you a 1-2 hour arrival window. A minimum service charge applies to field appointments of 50% of the billable hourly rate.
